Fitness has played a key role in my life whether it was during my time as an athlete on the pitch in Ireland or working my way up to become one of New York City’s top celebrity trainers. Helping people learn they are stronger than they realize is what drives me. I want to help you see the benefits our training will bring to all aspects of your life. I believe in my heart that what you do in the gym transitions into your daily life and prepares you to tackle all of life’s challenges. Get ready to grab your heavies - it’s time to get strong AF!
